API students participate in excursions designed to help familiarize them with the culture and surrounding areas of their host city and country. The following is a listing of potential excursions for API Milan programs. API may need to modify the excursions offered in a given term due to travel restrictions or health and safety concerns.

  • Lake Como

    Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, Lake Como is a destination that has enchanted artists and travelers for centuries. Visitors will marvel at the spectacular views and exquisite natural scenery, in addition to nearby splendid villas adorned by lush gardens. Surrounded by the Alps, its banks host enchanting villages such as Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzo and Menaggio.

What You’ll Study

TOTAL CREDITS - 3 credits per term

Spend a Jan-Term studying at the Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore where you can earn an additional three credits before you even start your spring semester! You can walk past the Dumo every day and study global issues with an Italian perspective with international and Erasmus students from more than 100 countries. UCSC has a beautiful campus and is one of the oldest universities in Milan. It provides course options in English and lots of industry connections in finance, fashion, and communication.

CREDIT INFORMATION

UCSC is fully accredited in Italy and issues transcripts for all international students. Classes are all 6 ECTS (3 US semester credits).
